Chandelle Flying Club, Inc., is an incorporated not-for-profit club based in Austin, Texas that was established to promote safe, convenient, and inexpensive flying for its member-shareholders.

The Club operates similarly to an aircraft partnership in that each member is a partial owner of the corporation that owns the aircraft. Our bylaws limit the membership to thirty (30) shareholders for three airplanes.

Currently, we own a 1980 Piper Dakota, a 1978 Piper Archer II, and a 1976 Piper Warrior. All aircraft are based at Signature Flight Support’s T-hangars at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS).

Club operations are delegated to elected members who run for positions of officers, board of directors, and maintenance officers. To become of the Chandelle Flying Club, you must purchase a share from an existing member.
